Material Warranty

-Titan Stone warrants is product against defects after completion and final acceptance of work for a period of thirty years. 

-Titan Stone shall furnish, free of charge, new materials to replace materials determined to be defective. 

-This warranty shall cover only manufactured defects of the manufactured stone products and does not extend or cover damage resulting from settlement of the building or other wall movement, contact with chemicals, paint or staining, discoloration from airborne contaminates, oxidization, or fading associated with the normal aging process or faulty or improper installation.

-Titan Stone Products is not responsible for labor costs incurred in removal and replacement of the defective products.  This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and many not be transferred to any subsequent owner.
